A marvel of Galician Baroque wedged into the gorge of the river Bibei, in Valdeorras. Raised from 1624 following a miraculous cure of the bishop of Astorga, it merges its twin-towered façade with the mountain rock. One of the great Marian sanctuaries of Galicia, with a Way of the Cross of sixty-two sculptures.
